As part of that service, and its public commitment, MSU values transparent and consistently available information about the university and its operation to any of our stakeholders. Financial and Operational Indicators includes information about annual operating budgets, current fund personnel expenditures, current fund expenditures, collective bargaining agreements, health care benefit plans, financial reports, campus security and safety and all funded university positions.
